I'm not going to go into reasons unless neccesarily asked. I want to know there is a procedure to get this account deleted or not

Admins can delete accounts but rarely do so.

There is no need of deleting the account until and unless it's compromised or you don't have access to email.

Scrub your account of any personal or identifying information then leave it to rot. Granted, its fairly simple for an admin to remove upon reasonable request.
